International Sales Director – Luxury Skincare

The complex, cosmeceutical brand heritage of our client meant that finding the right profile to represent the brand and take business to the next level, would require a very specific level of experience.

Understanding the product proposition and the markets our client’s brand already successfully retailed in, proved to impact the direction of the search.

The focus was to initially look at developing the European markets; however, after much investigation in to this, we mutually agreed that the right candidate would require experience with a much greater geographical reach.

Following a full scale international search and after a very thorough and collaborative interview process, the right candidate for the International Sales Director role was selected.
